I am a native Austrian and have been teaching fitness classes and privately consulting for eight years and have made it a personal goal to motivate and inspire every person that I work with.  As a marathoner and triathlete, I believe that fitness is a lifestyle – not a short term fad diet or training for a one time fitness goal such as a marathon or triathlon.  Next Level Fitness implies that getting to the ‘next level’ takes discipline and pushing past your comfort level and I can help motivate you to do exactly that! 

As a trainer/coach, it is my job to listen to your goals and build a program that is customized to get you that level!  In addition, I must challenge and push you beyond your comfort zone to bring actual and real results – this includes strengthening your core, your upper and lower body, and building a strong cardiovascular system.  I am NSPA certified which is through the National Strength Professionals Association. 

My philosophy is to help individuals take control of their health and lives by empowering them to eat properly and develop effective exercise plans that will keep them fit for life.  Motivation is critical to all proper fitness programs.  I build on that philosophy by encouraging group fitness training and look for all to succeed and meet their personal goals.

I do believe in activating your core to strengthen your body and ultimately your mind.  I utilize a variety of equipment and techniques that include:  stability balls, free weights, jump ropes, bench work to name a few!  Once you have increased your metabolism and built your strength – you will see and feel long-term gains!

I truly believe that:

If you watch what you eat and drink, you may lose some weight….

If you work out regularly, you might see a change in your body….

If you do both, you will be AMAZED!
