I am a native Austrian and have been a fitness trainer since 2000. I am certified through the National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA). As a marathoner and triathlete, I believe that fitness is a lifestyle – not a short term goal. I know that getting to the ‘next level’ takes discipline to push past your comfort level, and I can help motivate you to do exactly that.

As a trainer/coach, it is my job to listen to your goals and build a program that is customized to get you that level. In addition, I must challenge and push you beyond your comfort zone to bring real results, such as strengthening your core, upper body, lower body, and cardiovascular system.
My philosophy is to help individuals take control of their health developing effective exercise plans that will keep them fit for life. Motivation is critical to all proper fitness programs, and I believe that group training is an extremely effective motivator.
While my techniques continue to effectively
help people reach and surpass their fitness goals, I can only do so much -- your initiative and dedication is crucial. It is up to you to take the first step.
