If you are struggling to attend the regular classes, then one-on-one personal training or private classes may be right for you. Together we can build a program that works for you and your schedule. My personal training goes more in-depth than the group workouts. I utilize state of the art fitness products, such as medicine balls, stability balls, jump ropes, weight plates and PVC pipes.
One-on-one training includes nutritional advice, weekly weigh-ins, and body fat measurements. My personal goal is to create a fitness schedule that will challenge you and bring you to the next level!
