Next Level Outdoor Fitness Class
Next Level Fitness Class is a results-driven group workout experience.
Each class begins with a warm-up run around the recreation center followed by a workout that combines strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility exercises, and core strengthening. You should expect to:
- Tone, sculpt and strengthen your upper and lower body
- Build cardiovascular endurance
- Improve speed, agility and endurance through specific drills
- Lose inches, weight and body fat
- Build and strengthen overall body (core)
Next Level Fitness Class is based upon the principles of discipline, motivation, and teamwork! The program is about having FUN, staying motivated, and seeing REAL results!
Weekly routine:
Monday: Lower body with abs workout
Tuesday: Upper body workout with emphasis on core
Wednesday: Lower body and/or cardio training
Thursday: Upper body with emphasis on core
Friday: Cardio training
Saturday (optional): Mix it up!
Sunday – run downtown (optional) – Just for fun!
What do I need to bring?
Bring a mat, free weights that are comfortable for you, and some water. Days alternate emphasis on upper and lower body work outs.
Concerned about your level of fitness?
Not to worry – Next Level Fitness is for all fitness levels. All activities are structured and monitored to ensure that you have a workout that meets your level of fitness. Even if you feel you are too busy, you can workout with a private package of personal instruction. The extra energy will help you to become more productive in the rest of your activities.
Is Working Outside Better?
When you pay for a local health club/gym, many times you are not supervised. It can be tough to stay motivated . With Next Level Fitness, the routine is never the same and the group will help motivate you! You will want to keep coming back!
Additional reasons to train outdoors (weather permitting):
- Fresh Air: It helps keep your mind, body and spirit rejuvenated. Research has shown that working outdoors increases your fitness level, decreases stress level and increases mental alertness.
- No machines – you will be actively engaged! There will be no boring repetitions on your own!
- No waiting – you will have your own personal equipment and a peer group to ensure that you are always working – hard!
- Cardio building is much more enjoyable then running on a treadmill! Who said working out couldn’t be fun and enjoyable?
- Outdoor fitness is an effective, challenging, and fun way to train!
